The specifying unit changes the editing position to any positions corresponding to connection positions of the plurality of moving image data pieces according to a predetermined instruction when specifying the editing position in the first moving image file, and changes the editing position while using a predetermine number of frames in the moving image data contained in the second moving image file as a unit therefor according to the predetermined instruction when specifying the editing position in the second moving image file. The processing unit performs editing processing.
