The medicine dispensing device further includes a guide portion that guides the medicines mounted on the medicine mounting portion to a position corresponding to the receiving position, defines a space in which the medicines enter the dispensing portion at the receiving position, and causes a size of the entrance space to be adjusted based on sizes of the medicines.
