After the articles placed on the first and second placement areas are unloaded onto the shelf, the controller retracts the arm so that the second hook is spaced apart from the front end of the article unloaded from the first placement area and the rear end of the article unloaded from the second placement area, and removes the second hook from the second abutment position with the second hook being spaced apart from the front end of the article unloaded from the first placement area and from the rear end of the article unloaded from the second placement area.
