A predetermined threshold time is compared with a continuation time of the received lift-off signal and, when the continuation time of the lift-off signal does not meet the predetermined threshold time, a scanning operation being performed is continued. When the continuation time of the lift-off signal meets the predetermined threshold time, a scanning operation being performed is discontinued.
