A first generation unit generates an image that is different from the initial image, by correcting the initial image using a coefficient determined based on information about a type of the input device. A second generation unit generates the learning data using the image generated by the first generation unit and the input image. A learning unit generates the classification rule using the learning data generated by the second generation unit.
