The blade comprises a cutting edge with the shape of an “S”, the convex portion of the “S” being located on the side of the hub so as to cause the foodstuffs to slide against the cutting edge from a central area of the receptacle towards a middle portion of the cutting edge under the action of the rotation of the supporting disc and of the blade, and the concave portion of the “S” being configured as a sickle in order to cause the foodstuffs to slide against the cutting edge from a peripheral area of the receptacle towards the middle portion.
