Abstract:
A probiotic formulation includes the following: lactobacillus acidophilus comprising 15.0% to 40.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation; lactobacillus reuteri comprising 5.0% to 20.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation; lactobacillus salivarius comprising 5.0% to 20.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation; lactobacillus paracasei comprising 5.0% to 20.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation; streptococcus thermophiles comprising 5.0% to 20.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation; streptococcus salivarius BLIS K-12 comprising 5.0% to 30.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation; streptococcus salivarius BLIS M-18 comprising 5.0% to 30.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation; zinc oxide comprising 0.2% to 5.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation; hydroxyapatite comprising 0.1% to 25.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation; and dicalcium phosphate comprising 0.1% to 5.0% per mass of the probiotic formulation. The probiotic formulation may be formed into a lozenge or a gum.
