Respective first ends of the signal electrode and the common electrode are arranged close to one side of the base substrate, respective second ends of the signal electrode and the common electrode are arranged close to the other side of the base substrate opposite to the side, and the signal electrode input line and the common electrode input line are arranged at a layer identical to the signal electrode.
