A stretchable PSA sheet is provided, comprising a PSA layer and a film-like substrate supporting the PSA layer. The PSA sheet has a long section. The long section has a tapered segment that extends, tapering to a first end of the length direction and the film-like substrate has a minimum cross-sectional area larger than 0.30 mm2 in the tapered segment.
