The GOA unit includes a capacitor structure including: a first metal layer arranged on a substrate; an insulation layer arranged on the first metal layer, wherein the insulation layer is thinned out and has a first thickness, and the first thickness is less than a thickness of any other layer arranged on a same layer as the insulation layer in the display substrate; and a second metal layer arranged on the insulation layer.
