With this dielectric filter, one surface of washers has a concave part, which is equipped with an edge part formed at the perimeter of the one surface, a floor surface provided at a lower position than the edge part, and a tapered part formed between the edge part and the floor surface. The washers are arranged on the upper surface of and fastened by means of screws to dielectric bodies with the concave parts facing the dielectric bodies, with sheet metal therebetween.
