The A pinion is mounted to the lock mandrel. The pinion is configured to rotate in response to a rotation of the locking unit using the key. The lock plate is configured to be received in the housing. The lock plate is configured either to rotate in response to the rotation of the pinion or to be driven by springs. The lock plate is configured to capture a mounting plate configured to attach to electronic equipment.
