The first electrode includes a number of first conductive patterns extending in a first direction. The second electrode includes a number of second conductive patterns extending in a second direction. Both the first conductive patterns and the second conductive patterns include a number of parallel first metal wires and a number of parallel second metal wires perpendicularly crossing with the first metal wires. A first angle is defined between the first metal wires of the first conductive pattern and the first direction. A second angle is defined between the first metal wires of the second conductive pattern and the second direction. The first angle is different from the second angle.
