A core back of the stator includes a tubular outer circumferential surface including a plurality of stator contact portions in contact with the housing tubular portion. The stator contact portions are spaced from one another in a circumferential direction. The cap tubular portion includes a plurality of cap contact portions in contact with the housing and spaced from one another in the circumferential direction. At least one of the cap contact portions is located at a circumferential position different from a circumferential position of each stator contact portion.
