The present invention provides a cell culture flask comprising a culture space; one or more culture solution inlet ports; one or more culture solution outlet ports; and one or more gas inlet ports, wherein the cell culture flask is made airtight and formed of a transparent material so that a user can see an internal portion of the cell culture flask, and a cell culture device having the same.
