The vehicle event data recorder includes a photography module, a database, a first image-processing circuit and a second image-processing circuit. The photography module is configured to capture the scene and output an original video frame. The first image-processing circuit generates a first video frame according to part or all of the original video frame, and records the first video frame into a database. The second image-processing circuit generates a second video frame according to part or all of the original video frame, and records the second video frame into the database. Wherein, the view angle of the second video frame is different from the view angle of the first video frame.
