A third opening portion M3 for a radiator is arranged in a different circumferential direction position from the first or second opening portion M1 or M2 on an outer peripheral surface of the valve body 3 so that at least a part of the third opening portion M3 overlaps with the first or second opening portion M1 or M2 in the axial direction.
