The memory bears instructions executable by the processor to command the camera to produce a first image using at least a first parameter and a second image using at least a second parameter different from the first parameter, permit access to the first image and second image by an application, and receive from the application data which indicates which of the first parameter and the second parameter to use to produce at least a third image.
