A radio frame used in the wireless communication with the base station and a radio frame used in the inter-device communication have a same frame structure. A timing of the synchronization signal for the inter-device communication in the same frame structure is same as a timing of the synchronization signal for the wireless communication with the base station in the same frame structure.
