The motor 10 includes a rotor 12, a stator 16, a bearing 20, a housing 18, a bearing support surface 60 arranged to be immovable relative to the housing 18 and surrounding an outer circumferential surface 58 of the bearing 20, a first groove 62 formed at the outer circumferential surface 58 of the bearing 20 or at the bearing support surface 60, and a second groove formed at the outer circumferential surface 58 of the bearing 20 or at the bearing support surface 60 to extend in a circumferential direction so as to intersect the first groove 62.
