The sound and light device includes an accommodating member including an accommodating space, a controlling box received in the accommodating space, a sound and light member, and a battery to supply power to the sound and light member. The sound and light member includes a controlling circuit received in the controlling box and including a main PCB, a first controlling circuit connected to the main PCB, and a second controlling circuit connected to the main PCB and the first controlling circuit, a light-emitting body connected to the controlling circuit, a first controlling switch connected to the main PCB, a sound-phonating body connected to the controlling circuit, a trigger switch connected to the main PCB, and a second controlling switch connected to the main PCB.
