In one aspect, an apparatus includes a chamber, the chamber having an inlet at a first end of the chamber and an outlet at a second end of the chamber. The chamber further has a first surface and a second surface, the first surface being opposite to the second surface. A baffle having a substantially helical shape is disposed inside the chamber. A heating device is configured to heat the first surface of the chamber. A cooling device is configured to cool the second surface of the chamber.
