The lifting assembly includes a support member slidably attached to the first side of the mounting portion, a lifting member slidably attached to the second side of the mounting portion, at least one fixed pulley attached to the top side of the mounting portion, a connecting member arranged on the at least one fixed pulley, and coupling the support member with the lifting member, and one or more weight elements attachable to the lifting member.
