The NFC circuit is configured to make wireless communication with a communication apparatus of a communication partner using a specified communication frequency. The FM receiver is configured to adjust a radio reception range to a band including a multiplied frequency of the communication frequency. The level detector is configured to detect a reception level of the band when the FM receiver receives the band including the multiplied frequency. The NFC control circuit is configured to control the NFC circuit to reduce transmission power in the NFC circuit when the reception level is smaller than a predetermined threshold value.
