The present invention includes a wireless communication unit configured to perform a communication with an external terminal device while the external terminal is currently in a phone call with a call counterpart, a touchscreen configured to display a content list of contents to share with the call counterpart, and a controller to control the touchscreen, wherein in response to receiving a user input to request a sharing of at least one content in the content list, the controller to control a request, to the external terminal device, to share the sharing requested content with the call counterpart.
