A water discharge structure for a sunroof device is configured so as to comprise: a panel body for closing an opening formed in the stationary roof of a vehicle; frame members arranged along edges of the stationary roof and provided with water discharge grooves; brackets mounted to the frame members and supporting the panel body; and water discharge guide plates disposed between the panel body and the brackets and conducting rainwater etc., which have entered along the seal surfaces between the panel body and the edges of the stationary roof, to the water discharge grooves.
