Abstract:
A recording device 12 has a recording unit 31 that records on roll paper; a connection unit 40 that connects to a barcode reader BR; and a control unit 30 that records information identifying a configuration parameter with the recording unit 31, and when a reading result is input from the barcode reader BR after the configuration parameter information is recorded, sets the value of the configuration parameter based on the input reading result.
