The SRS subframe includes a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols. If an SRS transmission on the SRS subframe for the first serving cell is overlapped with an uplink transmission for a second serving cell, determining, by the UE, whether the SRS is actually to be transmitted in the SRS subframe based on a total uplink transmission power.
