In an embodiment, a method may include determining a classification of processes to be executed by a processing device. Such a method may also include detecting a process to be executed by the processing device. Additionally, the method may include selectively providing power to the processing device from one or more of a primary battery and a secondary battery in response to the classification of the detected process.
