At least a portion of the second conductive line includes a first wiring section extending in a direction parallel to an x-axis, and a second wiring section extending in a direction parallel to a y-axis. In the first wiring section, an upper surface of the second conductive line includes an inclined surface which slopes upward toward a negative direction of the y-axis.
