And, the management apparatus permits the use of the right to the user by updating the usable or non-usable state to a usable state in a case where a notification of satisfaction is received from the terminal apparatus or the service providing apparatus, the notification of satisfaction indicating that the user, who requests the use of the right in the use request, satisfies a use requirements of the right.
