The positioning member protrudes to a drive-plate side in a state where the positioning member is arranged in the positioning hole. The positioning member protrudes from the drive plate obliquely with respect to the axis direction of the fluid transmission device. A radially outermost position of the positioning member is located on the radially inner side relative to a radially outermost position of the cover.
