The light-emitting device comprises: a transparent substrate (101), a light-extracting polymer layer (102) having one or more elevated regions (104) distributed on a surface of the light-extracting polymer layer (102) facing away from the transparent substrate (101), a first electrode layer, wherein the light-extracting polymer layer (102) is disposed between the first electrode layer and the transparent substrate (101), a second electrode layer and a light-emitting layer disposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, wherein the light-emitting layer is configured to emit light when voltage is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode layer.
