In this way, it is only necessary to compensate the actual power according to a certain criterion to acquire a second power after the acquisition of the actual power, without need of adding additional devices or changing hardware arrangement in a hardware system, thereby enabling a user to use battery power as much as possible, and reducing unnecessary charging operations.
