The method for processing data includes: generating, by a touch module of a first electronic device, touch information of the first electronic device, in the case that the first electronic device is in contact with a second electronic device; and determining, by the second electronic device, related information of the first electronic device, according to the touch information of the first electronic device. In the solution, the first electronic device generates the related information via the touch module and the second electronic device determines the related information, so as to improve user experience.
