For certain example embodiments, at least one device, such as a portable wireless node: (i) may obtain one or more antenna assembly configuration parameters that are associated with at least one orientation position of at least one portable wireless node; or (ii) may utilize one or more antenna assembly configuration parameters that are associated with at least one orientation position of at least one portable wireless node.
