The relay device includes a reception unit that receives from a communication terminal a process request indicating first and second processes; and a terminal request transmission unit that sends the process request to the first information processing device in response to a first request, and sends an execution result of the first process and the process request to the second information processing device in response to a second request. The first information processing device includes a first process control unit that controls execution of the first process according to the process request; and a transmission unit that sends the execution result in response to the process request. The second information processing device includes a second process control unit that controls execution of the second process based on the execution result according to the process request.
