A heat delivering element is mounted to the housing for transferring heat during a shaving stroke. The heat delivering element includes a skin contacting surface and an opposing bottom surface defined by a perimeter wall. An insulating member is positioned within the perimeter wall. The insulating member has a first surface facing the bottom surface of the heat delivering element and a second surface.
