The movable wall portion capable of rotating around the connection portion with the rising circumferential wall portion to move the recessed circumferential wall portion in up-and-down direction. The body portion includes straight cylindrical part connecting to the shoulder portion lower end and extending downward. The straight cylindrical part outer diameter is greater than or equal to 0.60 times the heel portion outer diameter and is smaller than the heel portion outer diameter.
