A biller system associated with a biller may receive entity information associated with an entity requesting to establish a biller account with the biller. The biller system may generate the biller account. The biller system may generate an electronic billing activation request. The biller system may transmit to a service provider system associated with an electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) service provider, the electronic billing activation request and receive a confirmation of processing of the electronic billing activation request.
