A hydrosoluble organic solvent A having the smallest SP value and a hydrosoluble organic solvent B having the largest SP among the two or more hydrosoluble organic solvents satisfy the following relations (1) and (2): SP value of hydrosoluble organic solvent B−SP value of hydrosoluble organic solvent A≧3  (1) boiling point of hydrosoluble organic solvent B>boiling point of hydrosoluble organic solvent A  (2).
