The releasing position has a releasing position and an enabling position for adjusting an action range of the second vibration dampening part moving to the actuator. Therefore, the action range can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the actuator for making an vibration dampening effect performed by the first vibration dampening part or by the first vibration dampening part together with the second vibration dampening part, so that the infant carrier can adapt to different road conditions by adjusting the vibration dampening device through the actuator.
