Second connection elements proximate the first and the second longitudinal edge of each attachment are connected with the first connection elements of two adjacent second folding edges, and the second connection elements of the first longitudinal edge of one of the attachments and the second connection elements of the second longitudinal edge of an adjacent attachment are connected with the first connection elements of one of the second folding edges.
