The barrier rib portion may be disposed on an upper surface of the light guide portion. The wavelength conversion portion may be disposed on the upper surface of the light guide portion to be surrounded by the barrier rib portion. The cover portion may be disposed on the wavelength conversion portion and the barrier rib portion, and cover the wavelength conversion portion.
