The display panel includes: a first substrate; a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate, including a pixel electrode; a liquid-crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; in which the pixel electrode is spiral. The liquid-crystal display panel and device of the present invention are capable of broadening a viewing angle of the liquid-crystal display panel by shaping the pixel electrode into the spiral.
