The assembly also includes at least one channel running through the core layer from the bottom surface to the top surface. In operation, the at least one channel receives temperature conditioned air flow at the bottom surface of the core layer. Additionally, the assembly includes a fluid permeable surface layer coupled to the top surface of the core layer and a fluid dispersal region positioned between the top surface of the core layer and the fluid permeable surface layer. Further, the assembly includes a quilted panel surrounding the core layer and the fluid permeable surface layer, and the quilted panel includes a plurality of fire retardant layers made from fiber material.
