The stiffener, disposed between the display panel and the back cover, has an opening and includes a main body and at least one fixing member. The main body includes a first portion, a second portion, a third portion and a fourth portion which are one-piece formed and enclose the opening. The first portion has a first outer edge. The second portion has a second outer edge. The fixing member is disposed on the first outer edge. The width of the second portion at the connecting position between the first portion and the second portion is equal to or larger than the distance between the second outer edge and the center of the fixing member.
