The backlight module includes a light guide plate (LGP); a light source disposed on a light incidence side of the LGP; and a photoluminescent layer disposed on a light-emitting surface of the LGP, the photoluminescent layer is made from phosphor materials, wherein a plurality of lens structures are disposed on one side of the photoluminescent layer facing away from the LGP. The display module includes a LCD and the backlight module. The display device includes the display module.
