By executing a session continuity determination program, the CPU functions as: an Ack reception determining portion that determines whether an Ack, as a response to dummy data transmitted to a transmission side electronic device, has been received from the transmission side electronic device; a data reception determining portion that determines, when the Ack reception determining portion determines that the Ack has not been received, whether a particular data has been received from the transmission side electronic device within a particular time; and a non-continuity case processing portion that performs, when the data reception determining portion determines that the particular data has not been received within the particular time, a process for a case where a session with the transmission side electronic device is not being continued.
