The vibration motor includes a housing, a substrate engaging with the housing, a vibration unit received in the housing, an elastic member suspending the vibration unit, and a coil assembly interacting with the vibration unit. The vibration motor further includes a number of dampers located between the vibration unit and the elastic members for being constantly pressed and released.
